This luxurious resort is located on a crescent-shaped island in the idyllic Haa Alifu Atoll in the North of the Maldives. The noble villas are either placed amidst coco palms or directly at the long sandy beach with a fantastic house reef and wonderful views on the Indian Ocean.

Guests can savour culinary delicacies around the clock. “Matheefaru” serves international meals and grilled specialties in nice ambience with sea view. “Gaafushi” offers Indian, Japanese and Maldivian cuisine for gourmets and “Meeru Bar” provides the biggest selection of malt whiskeys in the Indian Ocean. Additionally, guests can also dine in privacy in their villas and choose of a wide choice of international meals.

Sports and Wellness
The intact underwater world of Dhonakulhi and the nearby house reef (10 – 30 m away) are ideal for snorkelling trips and divers can choose of 20 spectacular diving spots. The hotel-owned dive school Meridis Dive provides branded state-of-the-art equipment. Additionally, biking, jogging, yoga and silat, an Indonesian martial art, are available. On top of that, a water sports centre and a modern fitness centre can be used. The resort’s spa is exclusively furnished with teak and coco palm woods and offers various treatments for body and soul. Sandy soil, small streams and noble silk cloths create a luxurious atmosphere. Furthermore, Island Hideaway comprises four spa villas on the island and two spa villas in the lagoon.
