Location
The Ritz-Carlton is directly located at Jumeirah’s miles long beach. It contrasts strongly from other hotels through its Mediterranean architecture. Consisting of 138 rooms and suites, it is one of the smaller hotels at Jumeirah’s beach. One of Dubai’s new trendy places, Dubai Marina and its various cafés, restaurants and shopping opportunities, is directly opposed to the hotel. The international airport of Dubai is about 35 km away.
Rooms
Ritz-Carlton’s 138 elegantly furnished rooms and suites are all facing sea side. The Deluxe Rooms are very spacious and luxuriously equipped with a sitting area, a generous bath with separate shower, bathrobe as well as TV, minibar, safe and air-conditioning. Club-Rooms and –Suites (including: own club lounge, butler service, private concierge, some of them have their own vapour bath) are additionally bookable. The Ritz-Carlton Club accomplishes highest service standards, a club concierge and access to the very exclusive club lounge (6th floor). Meals and drinks are offered for free six times a day.
Gastronomy
5 upscale restaurants, bars and cafés offer culinary delicacies all over the place. While the pool bar provides tasty snacks the Italian restaurant “Splendido” is dedicated to Mediterranean specialties and “La Baie” offers fine dining opportunities.

Important information
Due to expansion works of Ritz-Carlton (in the Northeast area) optical and visual nuisances occur from September, 2010 onwards. 152 new rooms and suites on 6 floors as well as a restaurant and a new pool are built within the next 24 months. "La Baie", the spa pool and some parts of the gardens cannot be used from mid-July onwards. Ritz-Carlton tries to keep the nuisances as low as possible.
