Location
Picturesquely surrounded by mountains and sea, Al Bustan Palace is directly located at the Gulf of Oman. After successful renovation the popular hotel is blooming again. Its impressive lobby manifests oriental splendour and the newly arranged gardens, including two lagoon pools and a big swimming pool, as well as a long beach (1 km) offer much rest and relaxation. Downtown Muscat is reached in 10 minutes by car.

Gastronomy
Guests can choose of four international restaurants. “VUE by Shannon Bennet” serves excellent French cuisine; “Al Khiran” offers Italian cuisine and a nice view on the lagoon and gardens. Additionally, “China Mood” serves Chinese specialties. Furthermore, a piano bar with live entertainment and “Beach Pavilion” restaurant and bar are available. Placed in the impressive atrium lobby, “Tea Lounge” offers snacks and traditional English tea. Traditional dances and music, the “Omani Nights”, are presented in the gardens every Sunday and Wednesday from October to April.

The private beach stretches for 1 km. That’s more: big temperature-controlled swimming and kids’ pool, 2 lagoon pools, fitness centre with state-of-the-art equipment and instructors, massages and beauty treatments, 4 floodlit tennis courts (September – May), 2 air-conditioned squash courts, miniature golf, sailing, beach volleyball court, windsurfing, kayaking, diving, table tennis, boules/pétanque, jogging path and children’s playground.
